Ukraine: Supporting Your Mental Health
We know the war in Ukraine is affecting many people across Suffolk, and the stress this causes can make it difficult to look after your mental health.
At Suffolk Mind, we have a range of services and resources available to help support you. While these are available for everyone in the community, they may be particularly helpful if you are a Ukrainian refugee, a host family, or you have friends and family in Ukraine.
If you have any questions about what we do, or need further support, please contact our local team:
E: [email protected]
T: 0300 111 6000.
If you or somebody you know is in crisis, please call 999 or 111 option 2, or visit A&E.
