What are Project Pots?
Our Project Pots are for people and organisations who would like to donate to a particular service of Suffolk Mind. As such, these pots are a restricted fund and any donors who donate to the pot will be able to see exactly where that money will be used.
We invite donations from local companies, community groups, and individuals.
How can I get involved?
You may wish to sponsor an existing Project Pot, or work with us to identify the next Project Pot you would like to fund.

How does my donation make a difference?

£25 could support the running of our vital 0300 line for one hour
£50 could fully-fund a counselling session for someone in need.
£150 could allow us to run two Sammy the Sea Squirt Movement Sessions for children as young as four
£500 could fully-fund ten counselling sessions for people in need.
£1,000 could operate our phone line for a whole week
