Open Space: health and wellbeing groups
Face-to-face drop-in groups at various locations across Suffolk.

Open Space is a number of drop-in health and wellbeing groups across Suffolk, which are run by trained staff and supported with volunteers.
It has been developed with the involvement of participants and provides social activities and mental health and wellbeing related discussions.
There’s no need to sign-up, simply drop in to your nearest Open Space when you want to. Everyone is welcome!
Open Space is run in partnership between Suffolk Community Libraries, Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, Julian Support, Richmond Fellowship and Suffolk Mind.
