Mental Elf festive fun run is coming to Suffolk!

On Saturday 6 December at Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club, we are hosting our very first Suffolk Mind Mental Elf. Join us for a 3km festive family fun-run to help you get in the Christmas spirit while raising money for Suffolk’s mental health.

• Arrival from 10:30am for 11:15am start

What’s in store?

You will receive a free elf hat with every ticket purchased and a medal on completion. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged and we will be running a competition for the best dressed elf! The event will have an outdoor bar selling teas, coffees, and alcoholic beverages, along with a food truck selling bacon rolls (veggie option available). In addition, all volunteers and participants will receive a Family National Trust Pass (valid until March 2026) for you and your family to enjoy the outdoors.
