Support for you

Our support for you includes a wide range of courses, training and therapeutic services which can enable you to better understand mental wellbeing and how you can help improve or maintain your own. Skills learnt can also help you support others. This knowledge can be applied at both home and work to help you get the best from your life and to feel happier and healthier.

All of our services are easy to access and you can self-refer (with the exception of Supported Housing) by calling 0300 111 6000 or completing our online referral form.
