Why did you become a counsellor?
I am passionate about mental health wellbeing for life and the use of meditation and breathing techniques. I became a therapist as I wanted to help people to live their best life and after a varied career, I felt that this was the only career path for me.
Hobbies: I believe in the mental health benefits of a regular meditation practice and particularly enjoy sound baths and yoga. I also enjoy the theatre and regularly go to the cinema.
