Research team

Meet the Research team:

Naomi Simons (left) is our Research & Evaluation Manager. She has been with Suffolk Mind since 2016, having come to us from academia. Naomi oversees the evaluation of all Suffolk Mind services, our primary data collection on the mental wellbeing of the Suffolk population, and our commercial research service – the Wellbeing Culture Programme. Naomi also works more specifically on new research offers, projects and developments and is co-Data Protection Officer, and an active part of Suffolk Mind’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion group. In her spare time, Naomi is completing her PhD, and enjoys reading, weightlifting and meticulously planned holidays.

Lotte Tyndale-Hardy (right) is our Research & Evaluation Coordinator. She has been with Suffolk Mind since 2021, initially working in the Training team before moving over to Research and Evaluation. Lotte works directly with Suffolk Mind services on their evaluation and supports managers to interpret their feedback effectively to make our services the best they can be. She supports with our primary data collection on the mental wellbeing of the Suffolk population, and manages development of our commercial research service, the Wellbeing Culture Programme, as well as working directly with organisations. She is an active part of Suffolk Mind’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Green groups. In her spare time, Lotte enjoys reading, sings in a choir and plays saxophone in a band.
