Lotte Tyndale-Hardy

Research & Evaluation Manager

Suffolk Mind’s research team gathers anonymous data from the local community to measure and analyse the mental health of individuals, the wider population and organisations.

Lotte has been with Suffolk Mind since 2021, initially working in the Training team before moving over to Research and Evaluation.

Lotte oversees the evaluation of all Suffolk Mind services, our primary data collection on the mental wellbeing of the Suffolk population, and our commercial research service, the Wellbeing Culture Programme. She also works more specifically on new research offers, projects and developments.

She is an active part of Suffolk Mind’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Green groups. In her spare time, Lotte enjoys reading, sings in a choir and plays saxophone in a band.
