Kerry

Ipswich Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I became a therapist after 22 years in the the NHS, with a motivation to offer people more quality time and a deeper integrated mind and body approach to their health, honouring their inseparability and all human individuality. Supporting in a way that empowers clients, I integrate all my learnt and lived experience to offer a humanistic service that’s transdiagnostic and accessable to all.

Hobbies: My hobbies include being immersed in nature, open water swimming, painting, poetry, learning (currently music!) and geeking out on research, neuroscience and all things body, mind, breath and psyche related!
