Doing this skydive and facing my fears will show me that if I can do this I don’t need to be afraid of anything in life and I can be strong and overcome challenges.
Having the opportunity to face my fears and raise money for a wonderful charity like mind is a perfect combination. Mind is a charity that is particularly important to me both because their work is so invaluable and because I have had my own struggles with mental health.
