There are many mental health challenges facing people today, and it is suggested that 1 in 4 people suffer from mental health problems. It is important to provide support for those who need it. That's why I'm taking up this challenge. I'll be learning to play "Castle on the Hill" and playing it with others who have taken up the challenge in support of MIND.
