Our 2024 gala, Midsummer Celebration, is taking place at Fynn Valley Terrace near Ipswich on Saturday 13 July from 6pm.

This magical event will feature live entertainment, unique guest experiences and a Mediterranean theme, all set against the backdrop of the beautiful Fynn Valley.

Building on the phenomenal success of our sold-out 2023 Gala on the Farm, we invite you to join us for the charity evening of the 2024!

This is a fundraising event, to help raise funds for Suffolk Mind (charity no. 1003061).

An evening of entertainment

Tickets to our Midsummer Celebration include:

• Drinks on arrival
• A delicious three-course Mediterranean themed meal served at your table
• Live and unique entertainment
• Garden games, Grand Prix races, a raffle, silent auction and much more
• Dancing ’til midnight with our live band

Our raffle will feature the chance to win a luxury 6-night cruise, kindly donated by Fred Olsen Cruise Lines. Take part, and you could be departing Southampton on 16 December 2024 on a fabulous European River Cities and Christmas Markets experience. Open to event attendees only.

FAQs

How much are tickets to Midsummer Celebration?

Individual tickets are £90 per person. Approximately £25 per ticket goes directly to supporting Suffolk Mind.

You can choose to make a 50% deposit now to help spread the cost (our team will contact you in May 2024 to settle up), or purchase your tickets in full.

Tables are for 10 people (two tables available for twelve people).  When you purchase fewer than 10 tickets, you will be seated at a shared table.

How many tickets are available?

There are only 110 tickets available to purchase and these will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

At checkout, please mention any dietary requirements in the ‘Order notes (optional)’ box, or contact the Fundraising team.

Is this an outdoor event?

In part, and while we hope the weather stays lovely and sunny to enjoy the host of beautiful outside spaces, the dining tables and dancefloor are sheltered within the main area.

The terrace will be open the whole night so you can venture in and out as you please.

What is the dress code?

This year, the dress code is smart casual. Please note that although the event is in summer, British weather likes to keep us on our toes!

Where is Fynn Valley Terrace?

The address is: Fynn Valley, Witnesham, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP6 9JA.

There is free parking onsite. Cars can be left overnight, provided they are collected by midday, the day after the event.

Overnight stays are available from Fynn Valley.
