During our 1 hour workshop your workforce will learn a powerful and practical breathing exercise, which increases awareness of and works with the mind-body system to lower stress.

The course content includes:

  • What are the benefits of diaphragmatic breathing?
  • Our parasympathetic nervous system
  • Attention – an emotional need and a resource
  • How to do Mindful Breathing

Mindful breathing:

  • Gives you a vital skill which is easy to master and remember
  • Can be used at work and at home to increase concentration and focus
  • Helps to lower stress levels and prevent stress giving rise to anxiety and anger
