Ipswich Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

The lockdown during the pandemic gave me time to really reflect on my life’s journey and purpose. Though working in the NHS, I still felt a very strong need to give more. I would say it was a time that led me to finding myself, what I call ‘an awakening’ which eventually led me to counselling. Having seen first-hand the impact that the right help can make, I am passionate and motivated to make a positive difference in people’s lives and helping to improve their over-all wellbeing.

Hobbies: I love singing and listening to music, reading, listening to podcast, watching movies and playing table tennis.
