Wendy Sheppard

Wendy Sheppard joined Suffolk Mind in May 2022. Prior to joining, she worked in operational roles for 20 years, mainly within the private sector but working closely with public and voluntary sector groups across Suffolk, Essex, and Hertfordshire. “I made the decision to join Suffolk Mind because I wanted to bring my skills and put them to better use in a charity that really does put back into the county and community that I call home. Having ‘lived’ experience of poor mental health, I feel a strong desire to support our charity and its mission to make Suffolk the best place to talk about and care for mental health.
