Tracy

Ipswich Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I became a counsellor as a result of my own journey and wanting to make some meaning of what I have been through and what that was like. Having worked so deeply on myself, it allows me to show up and sit with people in their pain, which I think is something that everyone deserves.

Hobbies: To relax and get some downtime I like to be in nature or by the sea, engage in animal welfare, do jigsaws and read and learn about random things. I also like to game in a variety of ways.

Volunteer with us

Volunteers help us to promote mental wellbeing across the country, and support us in the delivery of our services.
