Sarah S

Ipswich Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I started being interested in becoming a counsellor around eight years ago because of my own personal experiences as well as my passion for mental wellbeing. From then on, I have completed several academic courses which have enabled me to understand the benefits of counselling and how it improves mental health.

Hobbies: I love to keep fit by swimming, walking and running regularly and listening to the nature around me as I do so. I also enjoy spending time with my family, walking along coastal walks and listening to the sound of the sea.

Volunteer with us

Volunteers help us to promote mental wellbeing across the country, and support us in the delivery of our services.
