Ipswich Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I became a counsellor because of the positive impact counselling has had in my own life. Experiencing its benefits first-hand sparked a long-standing interest in psychology and personal growth, which led me to study and practice it over the years. Now, I see counselling as a way to give back to the community by offering others the same kind of support that helped me.

Hobbies: Outside of counselling, I enjoy staying active, practicing jiu jitsu, walking outdoors, and reading. I also play golf – another great opportunity to get outside and catch up with friends.
