Rob

Ipswich Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I became a counsellor because I have always been interested in understanding people and what shapes their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Through my own life experiences, I have seen the positive impact that being genuinely listened to, accepted, and understood can have on someone’s wellbeing. This inspired me to pursue counselling so that I could offer others a safe, non-judgemental space where they feel heard and valued.

Hobbies: Outside of counselling, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as maintaining strong relationships is important to me. I like being outdoors, whether that’s going for walks or exploring new places, as I find it helps me relax and clear my mind.
