Monica
Bury St Edmunds Counsellor
Why did you become a counsellor?
Life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. I wanted to become a counsellor because I know how powerful it can be to have someone to turn to in those moments and to feel truly heard and accepted, without judgement, for who we are. I believe counselling offers a unique opportunity to reflect on our experiences, understand the challenges we face, and gain insights that can be difficult to reach on our own or within other relationships.
Hobbies: I enjoy walking, reading, and exploring new places and cultures.
