Lynette
Ipswich Counsellor
Why did you become a counsellor?
Life can be really challenging at times, and I often think of it as being on a boat that occasionally encounters stormy weather. During my own experiences of these storms, counselling has given me a safe space to be heard and to feel truly understood. Having the time and space to explore my feelings has helped me find my own way back to calmer seas. Through this, I discovered how powerful it can be to simply be listened to without judgement. I have always felt drawn to offering that same space to others, and it is a privilege to support someone in feeling seen, heard, and understood.
Hobbies: I enjoy cooking and have a passion for interior design and all things creative. I also value spending quality time with my family and caring for my pets.
