Jenny

Bury St Edmunds Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I wanted to become a counsellor because I like to help people understand themselves and why they feel the way they do. I know how hard it can be to feel lost or alone and how much difference it can make to have someone hear what you’re saying – not just the words, but the feelings too. I believe in the importance of having a safe, compassionate space to explore who we are as people, without any judgement or pressure to be anything other than ourselves.

Hobbies: I love to read, any genre!
