Bury St Edmunds Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

My personal experiences with trauma and family bereavement inspired me to become a counsellor. Over the past 18 years working within the education system, I have witnessed first-hand the growing emotional challenges many individuals face, especially the difficulty in expressing feelings from a young age, and how this can impact our lives long-term. I provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, build positive connections, and gain empowerment and insight to carry into their daily lives and relationships.

Hobbies: Outside of my work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and all our animals. I have a passion for reading and learning, love watching movies, and attending live music events. I also find peace and inspiration in nature, especially when I’m near the sea.
