Saxmundham Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I wanted to become a counsellor after working within mental health and seeing how important it is for people to have a safe space where they feel truly heard and understood. This inspired me to train so I could provide that supportive environment and support clients on their journey, helping them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Hobbies: I enjoy keeping active through strength training and running. I also love reading especially books that bring together psychology and personal development. I like to spend time in nature and with my family who are very important to me.
