Beth
Saxmundham Counsellor
Why did you become a counsellor?
I became a counsellor as I wanted to help people experiencing difficulties or needing a listening ear to find their way through in a way that works for them. Having experienced counselling, I understand the value of being able to share the load in a space that is non-judgemental and supportive.
Hobbies: I enjoy most being in nature, trying (and often failing!) to grow plants and vegetables; baking, music, reading poetry and walking along our beautiful Suffolk coast with my two dogs. I love each changing season and rain or shine can always find an excuse to stop off at a local café for a coffee!
