My running days are over – many years of running 30 miles a week has taken it’s toll on the knees!

I’m substituting the 100 miles in 100 days for 100 yoga sessions in 100 days. The justification is 1 mile (for me) is about 200 calories which is about the same number of. calories per yoga session. And it’ll do me good.

Suffolk Mind want to make Suffolk the best place in the world to care for and talk about mental health – which I’m all for. They need fundraising events like this, easily accessible, to help fund the many Services and training around mental health which they provide in Suffolk. To quote someone else ‘every little bit helps’ – so please assist if you can. I have no specific target, just as much as folk are prepared – and able – to contribute without incurring any hardship to themselves.
