I have a history of family related mental health issues. And pledge my body, mind and spirit to raise money for a good cause in my home county. 100 miles by bicycle. I once travelled over 1000 miles on my bike to get away from the experiences I have faced with my own mental health issues.  Im trying my hardest to make it to christmas this year and would greatly appreciate any support that can be given.
