I heard about the challenge from ‘This Girl Can’ Suffolk as I am one of their ambassadors. Mental and physical well-being go hand in hand and doing regular exercise is such a brilliant way to help with anxiety, stress, depression and to help us gain perspective on situations. During this difficult time, appreciating being outdoors and exercising has helped so many people cope with a difficult situation.
More and more individuals are struggling with their mental well-being at the moment so If I can raise some money to support the brilliant projects Suffolk Mind do, that would be great. I also hope that I can encourage friends and family to get more active in the process.
I am aiming to complete the 100 miles within 30 days. I will be doing a combination of running, walking , cycling and hopefully swimming.
