I completed Couch to 5K in the summer of 2020, then moved on to 5k to 10k in the autumn, completing it on Boxing Day. I’m not a natural runner and I definitely don’t relish the thought of getting out of bed early to go for a run! I do know, however, that having a goal to work towards will keep me motivated, as I’m definitely feeling the benefits of being a little more active. I’ll be taking on the 100 Miles for Suffolk Mind challenge in January 2021 along with my activity-shy husband and two girls, doing a combination of walks and runs.
