In support of both Mental Health Awareness Month and National Walking Month, Treatt will be using the month of May to highlight the important role physical activity has on enhancing our wellbeing, whilst raising vital funds to support the mental health of our community.

I will be participating in this amazing initiative and attempting to complete 100 Miles for Suffolk Mind. Not only will this motivate me to get moving, but it will raise much needed funds for a cause very close to my own heart. 

Suffolk Mind provide a variety of courses, training and therapeutic services, to not only help those in need, but to help those of us who are eager to learn how to help others work through tough times and support those close to us. I have taken part in several workshops organised by Treatt and facilitated by Mind, and have always felt like this is an organisation that genuinely cares. 

So, here is my commitment to do my best at walking 100 Miles for Suffolk Mind in May. All donations would be gratefully appreciated, but please don’t feel obliged. Your words of encouragement are enough! For more information on the services provided by Suffolk Mind, have a look at their website.
