Hi, my name is Jayden and I am 8 years old. I wanted to do the 100 miles for Suffolk Mind challenge to raise money for such a good cause.

I aim to run/walk/cycle 100 miles by my 9th birthday which is on 26th December. This gives me just over 6 weeks to complete the challenge and will test me physically and mentally.

I usually play football and swim after school so it is a good way to keep fit while all this is not possible with the second lockdown. Mental health is so important at the moment so please sponsor me if you can.
