As we enter a new year, I will be walking 100 miles in January to get 2021 off to a positive start. Everyone’s mental health suffered in 2020, and we still have a challenging period in the months ahead. It’s not been easy for anyone, but in recent years I have found walking to be such a vital way to feel more positive, energised and engaged with life and the world around me (plus, i don’t really get running, apart from after a hockey ball or between cricket stumps).
