I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression for over 20 years now, it’s been a real struggle and other people’s judgement has made me feel a lot worse. Luckily I have supportive friends and family, without them I wouldn’t have made it through life this far. Running and walking this last year has really helped me, I am glad I took it up before the first lockdown. These past few months have made me really think about ways I can try and give back as a member of my community. Paying it forward was one thing I learnt on a positive wellbeing course that would improve my mental wellness and they weren’t wrong 🙂. So all that being said I feel now is the right time to give back and raise money for a mental health charity and help others who are struggling ❤️.
