Mental and physical well-being go hand in hand and doing regular exercise is such a brilliant way to help with anxiety, stress, and depression and to help us gain perspective on situations. We are taking part in the 100 Miles for Suffolk Mind. A group of our staff members have volunteered to run or walk 100 miles each in 100 days and will keep a log of their distances.
