Suffolk Mind works across the continuum, from wellbeing to ‘severe and enduring’ mental ill-health, providing support & information for everyone. 

I am aiming to cover 100 miles in 30 days, either by walking or running 

Mental health is always important but at the minute it seems a lot more relative, as the current situation seems to be affecting people of all ages, young and old.

I myself have struggled lately and feel that taking on this challenge will give me something positive to focus on and hopefully raise a small amount of money for a great local charity.
