I signed up for this challenge to encourage me to be more active and also to raise money for Suffolk Mind.

Spending time outside, especially walking or running in the countryside, really helps my mental health and gives me much needed alone time as a busy working mum. I also intend to practice yoga and Pilates more in order to improve strength and balance. 

Mind is an extremely important charity which has helped me and my friends throughout our lives so it is really nice to be able to give something back and to help others.
