Suffolk MIND is an amazing charity that has helped so many people I know and would like to do my little bit to help. Now more than ever we need to take of our mental and physical wellbeing.
I have decided to take part in the 100 Miles for Suffolk MIND challenge throughout the 28 days of February. The 100 miles will be in additional to my usual commute to work and will be following government guidelines to stay safe obviously! I’m going to take advantage of the beautiful parks near me to complete my challenge and just hope the weather starts getting better 😂
