Gala on the Farm
15 Jul 2023
Step into a rustic wonderland this summer
Suffolk Mind’s first ever charity ball, Gala on the Farm, will be taking place at nationally renowned Jimmy’s Farm in July.
Guests will be welcomed into ‘Caela’s Gardens’ for pre-drinks and music before experiencing an evening of awe-inspiring magical entertainment, live music, fabulous food (posh BBQ), along with a charitable auction and raffle, under canvas.
Tickets are limited for this exclusive gala so don’t delay in getting yours.
The Gala is a fundraising event, to help raise funds for Suffolk Mind (charity no. 1003061).
How much are tickets to Gala on the Farm?
Individual tickets are £82.50, or you can buy a table of 10 for £825.
What’s included in the ticket price?
As well as live music from both a solo artist and a band, cabaret entertainment, the chance to win prizes, and an evening of dancing and fun, you will receive:
- Drinks on arrival
- A delicious two-course posh BBQ meal, something Jimmy’s Farm are renowned for, served at your table (vegetarian option available)
- Two bottles of wine on your table
- A goodie bag
Where can I buy a ticket?
There are only 130 tickets available to purchase and there will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
Tables accommodate 10 guests (please note typical seating is bench seating so please notify our team if this is likely to be challenging for you).
Please note a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance and any dietary requirements, 6 weeks before the event.
You can order your tickets by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We advise booking sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
Is Gala on the Farm an outdoor event?
In part and while we hope the weather stays lovely and sunny to enjoy the host of beautiful outside spaces, the dining tables and dance floor are sheltered within the main tent. The tent will be open the whole night so you can venture in and out as you please.
Will we see any animals?
Our corporate sponsors will have exclusive access to the farm park after closing to the public, and before our drink’s reception, and a park ranger will introduce you to some of the animals up close and personal
As an attendee only, the event will overlook the farm park so whilst you will not have access to the park on the night, you might still be able to spot a furry friend or two in the distance.
What is the dress code?
The theme of our gala is festival finery. We want this to be a relaxed event, but we would recommend you dress to impress! A photobooth will be on site to capture you enjoying the night.
Please note that the venue is a working farm and although the event is in the summer, British weather likes to keep us on our toes! However, rest assured, the tent has full hard flooring and dance floor.
If you are a corporate sponsor visiting the farm park before the event, you might want to bring your wellies as well as your dancing shoes.
I’m a business, can I sponsor Gala on the Farm?
We still have some spots available for sponsorship should you wish to take advantage of some fabulous and exclusive benefits.
You can download a sponsorship brochure or get in touch directly with the fundraising manager email@example.com.
