During our 1 hour workshop your workforce will learn a powerful and practical breathing exercise, which increases awareness of and works with the mind-body system to lower stress.
The course content includes:
- What is Mindful Breathing?
- What are the benefits of diaphragmatic breathing?
- Our parasympathetic nervous system
- Attention – an emotional need and a resource
- How to do Mindful Breathing
Mindful breathing:
- Gives you a vital skill which is easy to master and remember
- Can be used at work and at home to increase concentration and focus
- Helps to lower stress levels and prevent stress giving rise to anxiety and anger
