Our support guides for children and young people, or for parents/carers who need some guidance on supporting dependents, take you through some of the most common mental health concerns.

It also suggests some easy ways to meet emotional needs, with the help of support systems around them, to bring them back into wellbeing. If you feel you need further support for your wellbeing, there are many organisations local and national who can support you.

Resources for supporting children and young people

We have a range of blogs focused on children’s mental health, and how to help them meet their Emotional Needs and support their wellbeing.

  • I am having mood swings – I am irritable and cross and impatient – I have low moods
