Counselling
Counselling can offer you the space to explore issues that are presenting in life and are causing difficulties. We are able to offer six free sessions of counselling for new parents (with children up to the age of 2) who are experiencing mental health challenges. Funding is open to either parent to apply.
Once you have been assigned a counsellor, your counselling sessions will be the same time on the same day with the same counsellor for up to six weeks.
To access free counselling, please complete our online referral form.
