To support the mental wellbeing of Suffolk’s LGBTQ+ community, we are hosting free Your Needs Met and Sleep Well, Be Well workshops.
Be inspired with practical ideas that enable you to get emotional needs met, to help you to stay mentally healthy and get a better night’s sleep.
Your Needs Met
Your Needs Met is all about giving you an understanding of what it means to be emotionally healthy, why it is important and how emotional health supports physical health. Most of all, Your Needs Met is about us working together to create emotionally healthy places to enjoy living and working in.
This session will be held on Tuesday 27th April, 12.30pm – 5.30pm.
Sleep Well, Be Well
Please note, our Sleep Well, Be Well course is now full.
Sleep is as important to our health as eating, drinking and breathing. Insomnia and poor quality sleep are linked to physical ill health as well as mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
This virtual, interactive workshop helps to raise awareness of the importance of sleeping well and the impact that this can have on our daily life and is based on knowledge of up to date sleep research.
