Robert

Bury St Edmunds Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I became a counsellor because I know how hard it can be to face life’s challenges alone, and in supporting others, I’ve seen the power of being truly heard. I strive to offer a safe, compassionate space to explore experiences, gain understanding and find meaning.

Hobbies: I like to stay active in nature and in sport. I also enjoy spending time with family, playing music and being tolerated by my cat.

Volunteer with us

Volunteers help us to promote mental wellbeing across the country, and support us in the delivery of our services.
