Rachel

Bury St Edmunds Counsellor

Why did you become a counsellor?

I became a counsellor because, after experiencing the need to seek counselling myself, I understood first-hand what an invaluable service it is. After managing people for some years I realised listening and helping them was the thing I enjoyed most. Through personal growth I soon knew I needed to be working in the local community to help those in need of mental health care and support.

Hobbies: My spare time is spent going to music and comedy gigs, cooking and generally enjoying good food.
