Jodie Woodrow

Jodie is Co-owner and Executive Director of Pure Resourcing Solutions and Pure Executive, professional recruitment and executive search specialists supporting businesses across the East of England.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the Suffolk and wider regional business community, she has extensive experience advising boards and leadership teams on progressive people strategies, workplace wellbeing and inclusive organisational cultures. Jodie is also passionate about supporting young people’s mental health, particularly as teenagers navigate the pressures and complexities of an increasingly digital world.

Through her strong regional networks and people-focused approach, Jodie brings a collaborative and commercially minded perspective to her role as Trustee.
