Emma Alderton
Ambassador
Emma Alderton is the Supply Chain Manager at Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, where she works with businesses, public sector organisations, educational institutions and major infrastructure projects to strengthen local supply chains and create opportunities for companies across Suffolk. Through her role, Emma is passionate about connecting people, building collaborative partnerships and supporting the long-term growth and resilience of the county’s business community.
Working closely with organisations of all sizes has given Emma a first-hand understanding of the challenges that individuals and teams face both professionally and personally. She recognises that positive mental health and wellbeing are fundamental to creating productive workplaces, strong communities and successful organisations. Having seen the impact that open conversations, support networks and a positive workplace culture can have, she is committed to helping break down barriers and reduce the stigma that can still surround mental health.
As a Suffolk Mind Ambassador, Emma is proud to champion the charity’s work across the county, helping to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing, encourage meaningful conversations and promote the importance of looking after ourselves and those around us. She is passionate about supporting healthier, happier and more resilient communities, and believes that by working together we can create environments where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
