I’ll be doing a skydive in support of Suffolk Mind. Mental health awareness is very necessary having seen so many suffer both in my personal, and work life. This skydive puts me out of my comfort zone…. I don’t really like heights, or planes! Any support you can give would be greatly appreciated.
