We’re ten horse riders of various ages that have all been affected
by mental ill health or bereavement so have decided to ride 1000 miles for
Suffolk Mind.   We didn’t think it would take
us long to get to 100 miles so have multiplied it by 10 to celebrate Suffolk Mind’s
birthday!

We all have girl (and horse!) power and some of us are battling
the joys of mid-life menopause so our team name is Moody Mares which let’s be
honest, can relate to all ages! However, we embrace our feminine qualities so
will be riding around the Saxmundham countryside sporting pink hi viz jackets 😊
