I’ve signed up to run the Ipswich Half Marathon this September in support of Suffolk Mind.

This will be my first half marathon and if i’m honest, its well outside of my comfort zone. I’ve never even tried a 5k and am starting from a very low fitness level.

I wanted to do something that pushes me personally, whilst also supporting a cause that genuinely matters. Mental health affects all of us in some way, whether directly or through people close to us – and organisations like Suffolk Mind provide vital support across the community.

If you’re able to contribute, i’d really appreciate it. Any donation, big or small, will go directly towards helping Suffolk Mind continue their work.
