I saw for myself the fantastic work that Suffolk Mind does when they did two separate workshops at our school for staff and pupils. They taught us all strategies that most of us need at some point in our lives and there has been a ‘ripple effect’ with children taking this learning home to share with their families too.
I hope that by putting every joule of energy I can muster into this challenge, I will be able to help more families to benefit from the life-changing support that Suffolk Mind can offer.
